How big does your office has to be to have a professional coffee machine at the office?
Eskedar Coffee
Ethiopian coffee roasted in Lithuania 🇪🇹🇱🇹 — built by a refugee single mum who crossed the Sahara to give Africa's finest coffee a home in Vilnius.

This is my team! And they are good people, I love them❤️

Meet Isadora.
She studies Graphic Art. Greek and Italian, two years in Vilnius. She found Eskedar Coffee, and it became her second home — so she stayed, and joined the bar.
Her drink is a cold latte. She saves her mojitos for elsewhere — here we pour exclusive cocktails and the classics. Order her whiskey sour. People remember it, and they tell her so.
Her teammates are her closest friends now. One of the kindest, brightest people we have met.
She loves Vilnius. Come meet her.

This is Sol.
Igne told me about her first. “There’s a girl looking for work. You’ll like her.” She was right.
Sol managed one of our spaces. What I remember most is her questions. Not about shifts or schedules — about the business. Margins. Suppliers. Markup. How a café holds together when you turn it over and look underneath. She wanted to know all of it.
She left the job. She didn’t leave. We swim in cold water together — her, me, Gintarė. This photo is from after a dip. Gintarė went back to her lessons. Sol and I came back to the Bar for coffee.
That’s the part people miss about Eskedar Coffee. It is a business. It is also a way of building people. Sol grew here, and she helped me grow too. The ones who pass through stay in the circle.
Come sit with us. Pilies g. 26, or any of our cafés — order a House Special, stay for the conversation. And if you’re in another city, or another country, the coffee travels: eskedarcoffee.com.
Some people you hire. Some you keep.

The sun here is different in summer. Longer days. Open windows. The same beans from 2,000 metres up, but the cup tastes lighter somehow. Maybe it's you. ☀️

The ceremony has a new home online. ☕
Our story began with a single ritual — roasting, brewing, and sharing Ethiopian coffee the way it's been done for generations.
Now that story lives somewhere new. Our landing page is here: a place to explore our beans, our ceremony, and the world we're building one cup at a time.
Come see what we've been pouring our hearts into.
