Hear (passive)
Hearing is a physical sense. It happens automatically without you trying. If a sound occurs near you, your ears "hear" it whether you are moving or not.

Eg Did you hear that loud noise outside?
မင်း အဲ့ဒီ့ကျယ်လောင်တဲ့ဆူညံသံတွေအပြင်မှာကြားမိသလား။
I can hear the rain hitting the window.
မိုးစက်တွေပြတင်းပေါက်ကိုရိုက်နေတဲ့အသံတွေငါကြားရတယ်

Listen to (Active)
To listen to is a conscious choice.You are paying attention and trying to understand the sound. You use "to" after "listen" when there is an object.

Eg I like to listen to classical music while I work.
ကျွန်တော်/ကျွန်မ အလုပ်လုပ်နေချိန်မှာ ဂန္တဝင်တေးဂီတ နားထောင်ရတာ ကြိုက်တယ်။

Please listen to me; I am trying to explain the rules.
ကျေးဇူးပြု၍ ကျွန်‌တော်ပြောတာ နားထောင်ပါ။ စည်းမျဉ်းတွေကို ရှင်းပြဖို့ ကြိုးစားနေပါတယ်။

Hear နဲ့ listen နဲ့ကွာခြားချက်ကတော့
Hear က သူ့အလိုလိုအာရုံစိုက်စရာမလိုပဲနားထဲဝင်လာတဲ့အသံကိုဆိုလိုပါတယ်။
Listen ကတော့ ကြားရဖို့သေချာအာရုံစိုက်ပြီးနားလည်ဖို့ကြိုးစားတဲ့အသံတွေကိုဆိုလိုပါတယ်

See the doctor (or) visit the doctor (or) go to the doctor

Example
See the doctor
"I have a persistent cough , so I think I should see the doctor tomorrow morning."
"ချောင်းဆိုးနေတာကြောင့်မနက်ဖြန်ဆရာဝန်သွားပြသင့်တယ်ထင်တယ်"
"It's been over a year since your last check-up; you really ought to see the doctor for a physical ."
"မင်းရဲ့နောက်ဆုံး ဆေးစစ် ပြီးတာတစ်နှစ်ကျော်ရှိပြီ မင်းတကယ်ရုပ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာအတွက် ဆရာဝန်နဲ့ပြသင့်တယ်"
"The receptionist told me to wait in the lobby until the doctor could see me ."
"ဧည့်ကြို ကကျွန်တော့်ကို ဆရာဝန်မကြည့်မချင်း ဧည့်ခန်းမှာစောင့်နေဖို့ပြောတယ် "

Visit the doctor
I can't join the meeting at 2:00 PM because I have to visit the doctor for my vaccination
ကျွန်တော် နေ့လည်၂နာရီမှာ အစည်းအဝေမတက်နိုင်ဘူး အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော် ကျွန်တော်ကာကွယ်ဆေး ထိုးဖို့ ဆရာဝန်နဲ့သွားပြရမယ်။

Go to the doctor
"I'm going to the doctor now; I'll call you later."
ငါ အခု ဆရာဝန်နဲ့ပြနေတယ် ငါမင်းကိုနောက် မှပြန်ခေါ်လိုက်မယ်။
