🍉 What a wonderful Watermelon Party! 🍉

The children had an amazing time enjoying water play, tasting delicious watermelon, exploring watermelon-themed tuff trays, and taking part in fun games. There were lots of smiles, laughter, and learning throughout the day. A fantastic summer celebration! ☀️💦🍉

Yesterday we celebrated Father’s Day 👨🧓👴 with a fun-filled outing to ninjapark_malta 🦸! 💙

Our dads and children 🧑‍🧒 enjoyed an energetic sports session together 🏃🏃‍♀️🧗‍♂️🤸‍♀️, followed by coffee ☕️ , snacks 🥪, and plenty of time to chat 💬 and connect. It was wonderful to see so many smiles, laughter, and special moments shared. 🫶

A big thank you 🙏 to all the fathers and families who attended and helped make the event such a success. We truly enjoyed spending this special time together and creating lasting memories.

🫧 Bubble Party Day! 🫧

The children have been obsessed with bubbles 🫧 lately, so we surprised them with a bubble party 🎉 ! Lots of chasing, popping 👆, giggling 🤭 , and happy faces all around. Safe to say it was a big hit! 😊

Over the past few days, our toddlers 👶 have been exploring fresh vegetables 🥦🌽 🥕 through all their senses 👀👃👅👋👂. Today, fresh peas 🫛 captured their curiosity 👀. Little hands 🙌 pressed and squeezed the soft pods, noticing their texture and shape. With great anticipation, they opened them to reveal the tiny peas hidden inside 😲—a delightful surprise every time 🤭!

Together, we counted some 🔢, tasted some 😋, and, of course, a few peas found their way onto the floor as part of the investigation 😅! Through play, conversation, and exploration, the children developed their understanding of texture, quantity, and the wonders of nature.

By slowing down and giving children time to explore, question, and experiment, everyday experiences become opportunities for meaningful learning🥰. Their curiosity guided the experience, transforming a simple vegetable into a source of wonder, discovery, and joy. 🌱✨

Discovering the Potato 🥔

What started as a tuff tray exploration with soil and vegetables — including potatoes 🥔 , broccoli 🥦 and capsicum 🫑 — quickly turned into a wonderful sensory learning experience.

The children enjoyed washing 💦 the vegetables and became especially curious about the potatoes. They described them as “like balls, but not quite” and noticed they were “hard, but not too hard.” Through hands-on exploration, they investigated shape, texture and size while building language 🗣️ and observation 👀 skills.

The potatoes then became painting tools 🎨, encouraging creativity and experimentation. Educators also introduced both sweet potatoes and regular potatoes, pre-boiled for tasting and sensory play. The children loved mashing, exploring and, of course, tasting them!

A beautiful experience full of curiosity, sensory learning and discovery through play. 🌱

A simple DIY light table 💡, some flour, and a few plastic shapes ⭕️▪️🔻🔺💠 turned into a wonderful learning experience ✨

This sensory activity invited children to explore textures 👌, practice early pre-writing movements ✍️, strengthen fine motor skills, and develop hand-eye coordination 👌👀— all through play🫶. The glowing 🌟 surface added an extra layer of curiosity, focus, and creativity.

Activities like these also encourage concentration 💆, language development 🗣️, problem-solving, and independent exploration while creating a calm and engaging environment for learning 🫶.

Sometimes the simplest setups are the ones children enjoy the most 🤍

🍃A simple invitation to explore 🌿

Using playdough, olive leaves 🍃 , pebbles 🪨, and pinecones, the children enjoyed pressing natural resources into the dough to discover different prints, patterns, and textures. A lovely sensory experience filled with curiosity and creativity ✨
