Mr. Arsenio Domínguez (IMO Secretary-General; Chairman, IMLI Governing Board) is delivering the Graduation Address at the IMLI 37th Graduation Ceremony.

Professor Dr. Norman A. Martínez Gutiérrez (Director, IMLI) is delivering the Welcoming Address at the IMLI 37th Graduation Ceremony.

IMLI’s 37th Graduation Ceremony will be commencing shortly. Today, the IMLI Class of 2025-2026 will join the IMLI Global Network of Graduates as they see their hard work come to fruition on receiving the Degree marking the successful completion of their studies at the Institute.

IMLI is holding the 40th session of its Governing Board at its own premises in Malta. The meeting is being chaired by the IMO Secretary-General, Mr. Arsenio Domínguez, in his capacity as Chairman of the IMLI Governing Board. On this occasion, Secretary-General Domínguez unveiled a commemorative plaque to officially inaugurate the beautifully refurbished board room. In tribute to a monumental legacy, the room has been officially named the C.P. Srivastava Board Room.
