Small actions today can help shape healthier tomorrows. 🌈
A kind word, a moment of attention, or simply being present can support a child’s emotional wellbeing more than we may realise.
Together, we can help build a mentally healthy generation.

Azzjonijiet żgħar illum jistgħu jgħinu biex insawwru futur aktar b’saħħtu. 🌈
Kelma tajba, ftit attenzjoni, jew sempliċement li nkunu hemm għat-tfal jistgħu jagħmlu differenza kbira fil-benesseri emozzjonali tagħhom, ħafna aktar milli naħsbu.
Flimkien, nistgħu ngħinu nibnu ġenerazzjoni mentalment b’saħħitha.

✨ Investing in knowledge, collaboration, and better outcomes for children ✨
As part of the EU co-funded Empowering a Mentally Healthy Generation (EmpowerME) project, the Ministry for Social Policy and Children’s Rights recently hosted two Capacity Building events focused on strengthening children’s mental health and wellbeing.
The first workshop brought together educators and professionals working directly with children, while the second focused on policymakers and public sector stakeholders, exploring how child and youth mental health considerations can be better integrated into policy development, implementation and evaluation.
Delivered in partnership with University College Cork, these sessions provided valuable opportunities for learning, discussion and cross-sector collaboration, helping to build more responsive, evidence-informed and child-centred approaches to mental health.
Together, we continue working towards a mentally healthier generation. 💛
