Work Etiquette Workshop at Blantyre Baptist Church. We covered the following areas : A Christian Employer and Employee, Teamwork, Money Management and The Character of a Good Worker.

We organised and facilitated a Capacity Building Workshop for Independent Schools Association of Malawi (ISAMA) South West Education Division (SWED). The training covered the following topics : Introduction to School Management, A School As Business, Recruitment, Selection and Compensation and Taxes, Pension and Severance Pay. A successful training by all means!

Thanks to Brother Alex from Zambia and Brother Masimba from Zimbabwe for Visiting, Praying and Encouraging the Youths. We Pray the Youths will Grow in the Lord!
