MINISTRY OF EDUCATION SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Training programme in Certificate in Inclusive Education tenable at
Montfort SNE College in 2019/2020 through Blended Learning in
Inclusive education (BLINC)
Applications are invited from suitability qualified Malawian serving T2 Primary
School Teachers with a minimum of four years teaching experience to undergo
a one and half (18 months) Open and Distance Learning (ODL) teacher training
programme. Those interested in the training should be prepared to teach in
Primary Schools and in both rural and urban areas upon successful completion
of the course leading to a Certificate in Inclusive Education.
Entry Requirements
Interested applicants must possess a Malawi School Certificate of Education
(MSCE) with at least six credits which should include English and any two of the
following Science subjects: Biology, Physics, Chemistry (or Physical Science) and
Mathematics. The aggregate of the six credits should not exceed 30 points.
Age
The interested applicants should not be more than 45 years of age.
Tuition Fees
All interested candidates will be paying K157,000.00 for the whole course.
Application Method, Process and Submission
Interested applicants meeting the stated entry requirements should express their
interest by:
 Writing an application letter indicating their s*x, age and relevantpersonal ddetails
Processing fee
 All applicants should deposit K5,000.00 (five thousand kwacha) a non -
refundable application and registration fee before submitting the
application letter to the following account details: -

Submission
 Keep a copy of stamped bank deposit slip which will be required during
registration for interviews when shortlisted.
 Attach photocopies of certificates and a stamped original copy of the

 Do not send your original certificate but photocopies.
 Post or submit your application in a sealed envelope clearly marked
