Agriculture experts in the country have advised farmers against the use of recycled hybrid maize seeds saying this reduces yields.

According to Leonard Chimwaza,an agriculture expert, the use of recycled hybrid seeds from previous seasons has the potential to reduce national crop yield by 40%.

Chimwaza observed a trend by some farmers who use recycled hybrid seeds due to high prices of certified hybrid seed varieties on the market.

Chimwaza told MIJ Online that farmers who cannot afford to buy certified hybrid seeds should instead use open pollinated varieties (OPVs) whose seeds can be planted and replanted for 3 ties as opposed to hybrid varieties which are supposed to be planted once.

'Using recycled recycled hybrid seeds does not only reduce crop yields by almost 40%, but they are also prone to elements such us diseases

6 Reasons Why a Married Woman Decides to Have a Lover

Relationship Rules
August 3, 2025

It’s easy to judge from the outside.

But behind every decision is a deeper reason — one that most people never bother to understand.
When a married woman steps outside her vows, it rarely begins with lust. It usually begins with silence.

Not being heard.
Not being seen.
Not being chosen in her own home.

This article isn’t here to justify or condemn.
It’s here to explore the quiet cracks that can grow into something loud.
Because before the affair starts, something else usually ends, connection.

Here are 6 emotional reasons why a married woman may find herself drawn to someone else — even when she never planned to.

1. She feels invisible in her own marriage
She shows up every day, for the kids, for the house, for him.
But slowly, the version of her that once laughed freely or spoke her mind starts to disappear.

Her husband no longer notices when she changes her hair or wears her favorite dress.
Conversations turn into reminders. Eye contact fades into habit.

And then someone new sees her.
Not just physically, but emotionally. He listens. He asks. He notices.
And for a woman who’s been invisible for years, that attention can feel like oxygen.

2. She’s emotionally starving
The marriage looks fine on paper.
No big fights. Bills paid. Family dinners.

But behind closed doors, she’s lonely.
Not because she wants grand romance, but because she craves real connection. The kind that makes her feel safe enough to be soft again.

So when someone starts listening with intent, laughing with her, remembering the things she says…
It fills a gap that’s been quietly aching for years.

3. She’s tired of always being the strong one
In many marriages, women carry the weight, emotionally, mentally, even physically.
