THIRD PARENTS TEACHERS ASSOCIATION (PTA) MEETING

As one way of improving education standards at VINRICA Private Secondary School, parents and teachers held their first Parents Teachers Association meeting in the 2025/2026 academic year, which happens to be the third since the establishment of the school in September, 2024. The meeting took place on Saturday, 18th October, 2025.

Among the agendas, members present discussed general academic performance of students, the behavior of students as well as other developments that have taken place and are to take place at the institution.

The members also took time to elect a Mother group committee whose, among other roles, will be to take care of gender related issues of girls as well as promoting good behavior amongst girls. The objective is to make sure that girls fully concentrate on their education. Mrs. Patel was elected the Chair lady of this new Committee.

One of the teachers at the institution, Mr. Ellius Twalick encouraged parents to play an active role in their children's education, not only by providing school fees and other basic needs but also monitor their class attendance and the assignments they are given at school.

In his concluding remarks, the PTA Chairperson, Mr. Sidreck Salima thanked parents who unveiled themselves at the meeting and for the constructive contributions they made during the meeting which will help in promoting education standards and good behavior in students. Mr. Salima also appealed to parents who did not show up at the meeting to consider showing up at the future meetings.

The meeting was moderated by Mr. Blessings Gwazani who is the permanent secretary of the Association and also the Headteacher of VINRICA Private Secondary School.

MSONKHANO WACHITATU WAPAKATI PA MAKOLO NDI APHUNZITSI

Pofuna kupititsa patsogolo maphunziro a ana pa VINRICA Private Secondary School, makolo ndi aphunzitsi anachita msonkhano wao (Parents Teachers Association - PTA) woyamba mu chaka cha maphunziro cha 2025/2026, omwenso ndi msonkhano wachitatu chikhazikitsire sukuluyi mu September, 2024. Msonkhanowu wachitika Loweruka pa 18 October, 2025.

Mwina zina, makolo ndi aphunzitsi anaunikira za maphunziro a ana, chikhalidwe chawo kudzanso zitukuko zosiyanasiyana pa sukuluyi.

Pa msonkhano omwewu makolowa asankhanso committee ya amai (Mother group) yomwe mwa zina ithandizire kwambiri kuonetsetsa za chisamaliro ndi chikhalidwe cha ana achitsakana, zomwe zithandizire kulimbikitsa maphunziro a atsikana. Mai Patel ndi omwe asankhidwa kukhala wapampando wa gululi.

Mmodzi mwa aphunzitsi pa sukulu ya VINRICA alimbikitsanso makolo kukhala ndi chidwi pa maphunziro a ana awo, osati pongopereka fees yokha ayi, komanso kutsatira mabweredwe a mwana ku sukulu komanso ntchito za mkalasi zimene mwana amapatsidwa.

Pamapeto pa msonkhanowu, wapampando wa a PTA, bambo Sidreck Salima, anayamikira makolo omwe anafika ku msonkhano komanso mfundo zawo zomwe agawana, zimene zilimbikitse aphunzitsi ndi ana kumbali ya maphunziro ndi chikhalidwe chabwino. A Salima apemphanso makolo amene sanathe kufika ku msonkhanowu kuti adzathe kufika ku msonkhano wina mtsogolomu.
