π Every life has a story. The challenge is telling it in a way that truly reflects the person behind it.
I'm delighted to share that we have officially completed another ghostwriting project at IBP Editorial & Communications β the memoir of our client, The Life of Risk and Reward.
This wasn't simply a writing assignment.
It was a collaborative journey involving multiple interview sessions, transcript reviews, manuscript drafting, fact-checking, structural refinement, and continuous feedback to ensure that every chapter authentically captured his voice, experiences, and philosophy.
One piece of feedback from the client particularly meant a lot to me:
"Congratulations to you for being able to bring out the spirit and value that I want to highlight. I like your style of writing. Really like watching a movie. And you say so many things with so few words. This style of writing makes it interesting to read and easy to understand the important lessons that this book wants to express."
For me, that's what ghostwriting is truly about.
It's not about inserting the writer's voice into the manuscript. It's about listening deeply enough to preserve the client's voice while transforming conversations and memories into a compelling narrative that readers can connect with.
Behind every completed manuscript are countless hours of interviewing, asking follow-up questions, identifying recurring themes, restructuring chapters, refining reflections, and polishing every paragraph until the story feels authentic.
We're grateful to the client for entrusting me with one of the most personal projects anyone can undertakeβtelling the story of a life.
Here's to preserving more stories, more legacies, and more journeys that deserve to be remembered.

Most bibliometric papers are not rejected because the software output is wrong.
They are rejected because the paper stops at:
β keyword clusters
β trend mapping
β descriptive summaries
β surface-level analysis
In todayβs AI-saturated academic environment, journals are increasingly looking for:
β meaningful research gaps
β stronger interpretation
β conceptual synthesis
β defensible future research direction
β real scholarly contribution
A strong bibliometric paper is not just:
βHere are the charts.β
It explains:
βWhat is missing in the field, why it matters, and where future research should go.β
That is the difference between:
a weak paper that gets ignored β
and a publication-oriented paper with impact.
Our Hands-On Bibliometric Analysis Workshop focuses not only on generating outputs, but also on helping researchers think more strategically about publication-oriented research.

You keep telling yourself:
βIβll work on the publication after my thesis.β
βI still have time.β
βI just need to fix a few more things first.β
Then suddenly:
- graduation is getting closer,
- your publication still isnβt ready,
- journal rejection keeps happening,
- and youβre mentally exhausted trying to figure out what journals actually want.
You are not alone.
Most researchers are taught how to conduct research β
but not necessarily how to publish strategically.
A typical journal paper often requires:
- data collection,
- experiments,
- surveys,
- analysis,
- revisions,
- and months of waiting just for journal feedback.
And if you are running out of time?
That pressure becomes very real.
Delayed publication can mean:
β delayed graduation
β GOT extension
β semester extension
β additional stress & costs
At the same time, AI tools can be helpful β
but blindly generated AI papers are increasingly being rejected by journals.
Thatβs where bibliometric analysis becomes valuable.
When done correctly, bibliometric analysis helps researchers:
β identify meaningful research gaps
β map literature trends strategically
β build publication-oriented research direction
β produce structured review-based papers without experimental data collection
Which means:
you can move toward publication more strategically and efficiently.
In this Hands-On Bibliometric Analysis Workshop, you will learn:
β how to identify stronger research gaps
β how to structure publication-oriented analysis
β how to avoid weak, low-value papers
β how to use bibliometric tools strategically
β how to draft a stronger research paper foundation
We also provide tailored guidance to help participants validate their research direction and research gap before analysis.
Solve your publication bottleneck over two focused weekends.

One of the biggest misconceptions founders have is this:
Β«βA business plan is just a document investors want to see.βΒ»
In reality?
A business plan is a financial story investors will test from every angle.
Because investors are not just evaluating:
β your idea
β your market
β your projections
They are evaluating:
- your thinking
- your assumptions
- your risk awareness
- your ex*****on ability
- and whether you truly understand your own business
This is why many business plans fail during investor discussions.
Not because the business idea is weak.
But because:
β the numbers cannot be defended
β the projections are unrealistic
β the strategy is unclear
β the founder doesnβt fully understand the assumptions behind the plan
A strong business plan should help investors understand:
- where the company is heading
- how growth will happen
- why the financials make sense
- what risks exist
- and how returns may realistically be generated
The best investor-ready plans are not the ones with the biggest numbers.
They are the ones built on:
β clarity
β logic
β preparation
β and realistic ex*****on
Because investors donβt just fund documents.
They fund founders who understand the business behind the numbers.
