KUIH APAM GULA MERAH
Bahan A:
200 gram gula merah
150 gram gula pasir
600 ml air
3 helai daun pandan ikat simpul
Bahan diatas dimasak hingga gula larut smp mendidih toskan, biarkn sejuk
Bahan B:
450 gram tepung gandum
150 gram tepung beras
8 gram yis mauripan
Secubit garam
Cara:
1. Dalam bekas campur bahan B kecuali garam, gaul rata lalu masukkan air gula merah (bahan A) sedikit demi sedikit sambil di gaul rata, lalu masukkan garam, adun hingga betul2 sebati, lalu perapkan -+ 50 mnt
2. Setelah adunan mengembang, tuang ke loyang brownies 20x20 yg terlebih dahulu disapu minyak
3. kukus adunan 30 mnt atau sehingga masak, sajikan dgn kelapa parut
Kelapa parut:
1/2 bj kelapa parut tambahkan garam sedikit, gaul rata dn kukus 15 mnt, masukin daun pandan biar wangi

Cheese Tart

Bahan filling :
100gr cream cheese
15gr mentega
20gr tepung
8gr gula pasir
50ml susu cair
1/2sdt vanili
1butir putih telur
Bahan kulit tart :
70gr mentega
12gr gula pasir
150gr tepung terigu
1butir telur
Bahan olesan :
Kuning telur secukupnya
Caranya :
1. Campurkan semua bahan filling dalam panci kecuali putih telur dan vanilli.
2. Nyalakan api kecil aduk hingga tercampur rata.
3. Matikan kompor, masukkan putih telur dan vanili aduk hingga merata dan nyalakan kompor kembali diamkan hingga mendidih.
4. Tuangkan adonan filling dalam mangkok dan masukkan di dalam chiller selama 2 jam.
5. Buat bahan kulit tart, campurkan adonan kulit menjadi 1
6. Aduk hingga merata, masukkan adonan dalam plastik diamkan selama 30 menit.
7. Cetak adonan dalam alumunium foil cup, lakukan hingga selesai.
8. Panggang adonan kulit tart selama 30 menit dalam suhu 180°C
9. Keluarkan adonan dalam alumunium foil cup,isi menggunakan adonan filling yang sudah di diamkan dalam chiller
10. Oleskan dengan kuning telur
11. Panggang selama 20 menit menggunakan api bawah dalam suhu 250°C
12. Cheese tart siap disajikan

-1cwn gula kaster.
-1sk esen vanilla & coklat emulco.
(mix sampai gebu bahan di atas)
-1cwn susu pekat.
-1cwn butter (cairkan).
(masuk pukul slow sampai sebati)
-2cwn tepung gandum.
-1cwn serbuk koko.
-1sk soda, baking & secubit garam.
(masuk tepung selang dgn 1/2cwn air mix sebati)
kukus 45min api kuat/ bakar 170c 1jam.
(white mousse)
-150g white chocolate.
-300g non dairy whipping cream.
(double boil white chocolate, ketepikan. pukul cream sehingga sedikit kental & masuk white chocolate kaup sebati.
(chocolate ganache)
-200g dairy whipping cream.
-300g dark chocolate.
(double boil whipping sampai berbuih kecil, tutup api masuk 1sb butter & coklat kacau sebati)
kalau nak melt boleh lebihkan whipping cream ikut citarasa.

TASTY CARROT CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups grated carrots 🥕
• 1½ cups granulated sugar 🍚
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 4 large eggs 🥚
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1½ tsp baking powder
• 1½ tsp baking soda
• 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
• ½ tsp salt 🧂
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained 🍍
• ½ cup chopped walnuts 🌰 (optional)
DIRECTIONS
. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar and oil until well combined.
. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
. Stir in grated carrots, vanilla extract, crushed pineapple, and chopped walnuts (if using). Mix until evenly distributed.
. Divide the batter equally between the prepared pans.
. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
. Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
. Once cooled, frost your carrot cake with your favorite cream cheese frosting, and enjoy every scrumptious bite!
