It may not be perfect,
but it is truly one of a kind 💝

孩子不是难教，可能只是睡不够

很多父母都有这一招。

孩子吃饭坐不住，
给phone。

孩子在外面闹，
给YouTube。

睡前一直不要睡，
“好啦，看多一集就关。”

结果那一集，
通常都不是最后一集。

你以为孩子只是看了几支影片。
但其实被偷走的，可能是他的睡眠。

很多爸妈会说：
“医生，我的孩子最近很难搞。”

脾气很大。
很容易哭。
上课不专心。
坐一下就动来动去。
晚上又迟迟不睡。

然后父母开始担心：

“是不是 ADHD？”
“是不是行为问题？”
“是不是哪里出问题？”

当然，这些都可能需要评估。

但有时候，我会先问一句：
“他几点睡？”

很多答案，一听就有线索。

“差不多12点。”
“睡前会看一下电话/IPAD罢了。”

问题就是这个“罢了”。

孩子的大脑，不会觉得那只是“一下”。

孩子不是小号的大人。

大人睡不够，
可能只是脸臭，喝咖啡硬撑。
孩子睡不够，很多时候不是喊累。

他会暴躁。
会坐不住。
会专注不到。
会一点小事就爆炸。
有些还会一直投诉头痛、肚子痛。

不是孩子故意难教。
是身体和大脑真的乱了。

睡眠对孩子来说，
不是关机而已。

是大脑在整理记忆。
是情绪在重新开机。
是身体在长大。

Screen最厉害的地方，
不是它一定会教坏孩子，
而是它很会拖时间。

本来10分钟，变30分钟。
本来最后一集，下一集自动跑出来。

再加上睡前看screen，
大脑会被刺激到很兴奋。

身体明明累了，
脑袋还在跑。

像车子要泊车了，
你却还一直踩油门。

最后就变成：
睡得迟，睡得浅，睡得不够。

我不是叫大家完全不能给孩子看 screen。

现在这个年代，
screen有时真的是父母的救命工具。
我懂。

但重点是：

screen可以救场，
但不要每天陪睡。

👉🏻睡前至少一小时，尽量不要screen。
👉🏻3C产品不要放进房间。
👉🏻睡觉时间尽量固定。
👉🏻父母自己也尽量不要一边叫孩子睡，
一边滑手机。

因为孩子不是听我们讲道理长大的，
他们是看我们怎样生活长大的。

所以如果孩子最近情绪很大，
专注力很差，
老师投诉坐不住，
每天像一粒随时爆开的炸弹，

先不要急着骂。
也不要太快贴标签。

先回头看看他的晚上。

有时候，孩子不是难教。
他只是睡不够。

而那个睡眠，
可能就是被我们每天一句：
“看多一下罢了。”

慢慢偷走的。
