All saints secondary old boys association 2002 set

EXTRACT FROM THE MINUTE OF THE MEETING HELD ON MONDAY 25/5/2026 @ C/S PARK

The meeting started started at about 4:02pm

Matters arising

BURIAL
We agreed that due to distance and lack of fund in our purse. We will not be attending the burial rather participate in the wake keeping of our classmate and friend. Saint ikechukwu onyememaraibe on 3rd August at aba stadium and a free will donation will be organised for a support to the family.

We also wish to keep reminding us that the burial of the father of our classmate and friend Saint obinna okezie will soon be fix and our support and present will be needed. We will be informed at the time of the occasion.

We encourage everyone present in this platform to be active in our discussion and make suggestions in any matter presented as it will help us in decision makings and also try to invite more of our classmate to join.

We appreciate everybody present in that meeting and to others that show and will show concern for the growth of this Association

Please 🙏 let's be remainded that Monday next week by 12noon we are going to visit obinna okeize who lost his father. To console him.

I really appreciate everyone for the commitment on this occasion both those that contribute money and those who did not.
Most especially those who was present in the occasion.

You guys are really wonderfully great.

MINUTE OF THE MEETING HELD ON 2/3/2026

The meeting started at about 4:20pm with an opening prayer said by Chukwuemeka ibe.

A warm welcome and appreciation was made by Mr chinedu John. He encouraged every person present to hold fast to the growth of our set and never relent.
However, a short introduction was made and the following were in attendance
* Chinedu John
* Charles Nweke
* Urum obasi
* Nnaemeka Agbakwuru
* Maxwell chidierar Nwaka
* Ahuchaogu Stephen onyeukwu
Others present are the National president senior Aguwamba Peter and the assistant secretary of the national OBA Senior Mbanma

The president encouraged us not to relent or be dismayed by the population but we should keep pushing till we get to the level of other sets and he also encouraged us to identify with the national OBA. And don't feel timid but feel at home

MATTERS ARISING:
1. Need for appointment of overseers of the house till election and the following people were appointed
* Mr chinedu John chairman
* Chukwuemeka ibe secretary
* Charles Nweke P.R.O
* Urum obasi Treasurer

2. DATE OF OUR MEETINGS
It was agreed that our meetings will be organised quarterly to enable us to plan it well and it was also agreed that the next quarter meeting will be on Monday 27/4/2026 by 4pm @ C's park aba.

We are encouraged to continue inviting some of us within and outside aba to join the group.

Kudos to the 2002 set. I encourage the various sets to start, no matter how small. Trickles of water make a full stream. I've also encouraged the '82 set to take off especially given the challenge by the demise of Emeka Umeh of '82. I'm hopeful of positive response. Federating units will make the centre stronger hence the emphasis. We can't all be as strong as '80, '81, '90, '92 but we can do our things like '83, '85, '94, 2002, etc. We're not competing but collaborating. I'll personally attend any of the set's meetings to encourage them. So far, so good, God bless all great Saints.
