We haven’t shared much about our advanced training lately, but a lot has been going on behind the scenes.

Our advanced students have been actively building real working applications with proper interfaces, using tools like Lovable and Supabase, all without writing code. What’s been most interesting is how quickly they’ve moved from learning concepts to actually putting together functional projects.

At this stage, it’s no longer just about learning, it’s about building, testing, and seeing ideas come to life in real time. The progress so far has been quite impressive, and it’s clear they are beginning to understand how these systems connect in real-world use.

We’ll be sharing more of their work and the impact they are starting to create as they continue building.

We do not like to compare, because we believe every learning experience should stand on its own.

But this is one thing we keep hearing from our students, especially those who have taken similar trainings before.

They come in with prior knowledge, yet still find themselves gaining a level of clarity they did not have before. Not because the tools are new, but because the approach makes the difference.

A student shared this after a recent session, mentioning how monday.com was not new to them, but the understanding they have now feels completely different. From workspaces to boards, groups, and items, everything was broken down in a way that finally made sense and could be applied confidently.

This is what we pay attention to. Making sure things are not just introduced, but simplified to the point where they stick and can be used beyond the training.

And seeing this kind of feedback from students who have had previous exposure makes it even more meaningful.

There is something we always notice with every new cohort, and it is how the learning process unfolds in phases.

At the beginning, it is the phase where everything starts to make sense. The structure becomes clearer, the materials begin to connect, and there is a better understanding of how things work.

Then comes the phase where practice begins. This is where learning moves from just understanding to actually doing, testing things out, and engaging more deeply with the process.

After that, consistency starts to show. The work becomes more intentional, confidence begins to build, and there is a visible difference in how things are approached.

And then comes the phase everyone looks forward to, where results begin to show and everything starts to feel real.

Every cohort goes through these phases, and it is always interesting to see how it progresses.

There is something we always look forward to at the end of every month.

Our Alumni Co-build event held this Saturday, and as always, it was such a good time. We had @ CYNTHIA CHIDUBEM come in to walk everyone through a real project they built for a client, and moments like this never get old.

It is always exciting to see our alumni step into this space, not just as learners anymore, but as people who are now building for clients and confidently sharing their process. These are people we watched grow, people we guided from the beginning, and now they are the ones guiding others. That transition is always something we are proud of.

The session was practical, real, and easy to connect with because it came from someone who has walked the same path. It gave everyone a clear view of what is possible and what the journey can look like beyond learning.

Thank you so much CHIDUBEM for showing up and sharing your work with us. It was really nice having you, and we appreciate the time and effort you put into making it a valuable session for everyone.

There is always something special about onboarding days.

On Saturday, we welcomed a new set of students into our academy, and the energy in the room was clear from the start. You could feel the excitement. Everyone showed up ready, curious, and hopeful about what this journey could become for them.

They came with expectations. Different goals, different reasons, but one thing was common across the board, they were ready to begin. And moments like this remind us why we do what we do. We love seeing that spark at the beginning, that willingness to learn, to try, and to grow.

What makes it even more meaningful for us is knowing that as the journey unfolds, those expectations don’t just stay the same, they grow. And we are always committed to making sure our students experience more than what they imagined when they first walked in.

To our Cohort 5, we are really glad to have you here. The journey has already started, and we are looking forward to everything you will achieve along the way🥹.
