Nevertheless, since it's still being updated, their portal might still see a turnaround. So for now you can't really say this is the exact metric use in selecting candidates.

pls keep on checking alot of people that saw congratulations, check theirs in the night
As you can check the time this person checked her own it was 1.35am

From someone: I checked mine by 12pm I saw my name I was happy
By 4am I checked again another person name was der .
By 6am I checked I saw not shortlisted
So just keep on checking I lot of people who saw shortlisted saw it at night
