At MOKA, we always encourage parents to pay close attention to their children and stay actively involved in their academic journey. Check their notes, monitor their progress, ask questions, and follow up on their studies regularly.
If there is any concern or challenge, parents can always reach out to us so we can work together to understand where the child may need support and how best to help. This partnership also helps us remain accountable as educators.
Many parents believe that once school fees are paid, their responsibility ends there. However, with the way education is today, parents must be intentional and actively involved in their children's academics. Following up on school activities and monitoring performance makes a huge difference.
When children know they are being monitored both at school and at home, they become more responsible, accountable, and motivated to put in more effort.
We also have what we call "Review OβClock," where we reach out to parents every term to provide feedback on their children's academic performance and overall progress. This is done through WhatsApp messages or phone calls for parents who are not on WhatsApp.
We believe that effective learning happens best when parents and schools work hand in hand.
Why haven't you join such a community?
