To round up this week's series, let's take a look at another Abigail that was mentioned in the bible.

These are some of Abigail's key traits that the bible mentioned.

Abigail’s life was a mismatch. Her ex-husband, Nabal was a wealthy but cruel man.
In contrast, she was beautiful and wise.
Her wisdom helped keep Nabal’s temper in check.
When Nabal refused to help David, she took charge.
She loaded gifts for David, as a desperate plea for peace.
Her gamble worked!
David spared her foolish ex-husband.
Shortly after, Nabal died and David who was forever grateful, married Abigail.
