JAMB Update 2026

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL 2026/2027 ADMISSION SEEKERS ON JAMB UPDATES
The following JAMB services are expected to be fully activated this week:
1. *Change of Institution and Course*
– Candidates will be able to process changes to their preferred institution and/or course of study.
2. Uploading/Re-uploading of O'Level Results
– Candidates who have not uploaded their O'Level results or need to re-upload them will be able to do so on the JAMB CAPS portal.
3. Full Activation of JAMB CAPS
– The JAMB CAPS portal is expected to be fully activated. Candidates who have already processed a change of institution or course will begin to see the updated details reflected on their CAPS dashboard once the portal becomes active.
4. Printing of Original JAMB Result Slip
– The portal for printing the Original JAMB Result Slip is also expected to be activated. Candidates who have lost access to the SIM card used during registration, or are unable to check their UTME results through other means, will be able to access and print their results using their registered phone number, JAMB registration number, or profile code.

NOTICE!!!

For students who have been trying to access the JAMB portal but are unable to do so, kindly note that this is a general issue affecting many candidates at the moment.

The problem is due to a temporary portal glitch from JAMB's end. There is no need to panic. Kindly exercise patience and keep trying periodically until the issue is resolved.

We kindly urge all affected candidates to remain patient for now. As soon as JAMB restores the service, we will promptly communicate the update through our official channels. Inform others.
