Children do not just need food, clothes, and school fees. They need to feel loved intentionally.

Intentional love is expressed through time, attention, kind words, and being present in their lives. When children know they are genuinely loved, they grow with confidence, feel secure, and find it easier to trust and connect with others.

Never assume your child knows you love them. Show it. Say it. Live it.

A child's future is shaped not only by what parents provide but also by how deeply they are loved.

**Discipline Is Not Yelling**

Many parents believe that the louder they speak, the more disciplined their children will become. But discipline is not about raising your voice; it is about teaching the right behaviour.

When we yell, children often focus on our anger instead of the lesson we are trying to teach. They may obey out of fear in the moment, but fear rarely builds understanding.

True discipline requires patience, consistency, and clear expectations. It helps children learn responsibility, self-control, and respect, not because they are afraid, but because they understand why it matters.

The goal of discipline is not to control a child. The goal is to guide a child.

A calm correction today can have a greater impact than a loud reaction tomorrow.

One of the most common questions parents ask is, "How much screen time should my child have?"

Screens can be useful and educational, but problems arise when they replace real-life experiences.

Children need conversations, play, exploration, and family connection to grow and develop important social skills.

The goal is not to ban screens but to ensure they do not replace parenting, meaningful interaction, and healthy childhood experiences.

Years from now, children may forget the videos they watched, but they will remember the moments they shared with the people who mattered most.

The real question is not how much screen time your child gets, but whether it takes away from the time they need to grow, learn, and connect.
