Guess how resumption took off at SHEDs Academy Makurdi this term...
An excursion to Letoha Grand Makurdi
We were warmly welcomed by the Manager Mr James who was really excited to see us .
Mr James took us on a tour to the mixing room from there Miss Chidera,who explained the process of mixing mixing flour,yeast,butter, sugar and water to get a dough took over the tour as she gladly took us to the oven area where the dough is baked in to bread.
Our next point of call was the slicing where the loves of bread are kept to cool and then sliced.
We then proceeded to the pastries department where meat pie,doughnut,puff,spring rolls and chin chin are made.
It was a worthwhile experience for all of our children at SHEDS Academy.
