Sometimes I coach from 6am until 9pm. Six days a week. If my body broke down, so would everything I've built so I've learned the hard way how to keep it standing.
Most busy professionals try to survive a heavy week by managing the stress: Alcohol, sugar, pushing through, waiting for a quieter month. It never comes, and it never fixes the real problem.
The problem isn't that your week is too hard. It's that your body isn't built to carry it yet. Capacity is trainable.
Building a stronger, more resilient body I noticed that the same 'brutal' week started to feel manageable.
It wasn't always like that though, I used to push through with sugar, ni****ne chewing gum, alcohol throughout the week and sleeping 10+ hours over the weekend. (More on this later)
But that wasn't it, it wasn't sustainable and I felt terrible most of the time.
Now I am glad that I can say that I take better care of myself, and I feel a world of difference, I'm excited to wake up, I love my work and I feel like I have the ability to take on my life instead of just being drained from it all the time.
I live and I love it it and if you want to build durability and can't afford to break down either I suggest we get in contact.

When was the last time your body actually felt nice and relaxed?
I donât ask this to make you feel bad, I say this because I spent most of my life not knowing what that felt like.
Most people carry stress in their body without realising it. Tight shoulders, locked jaw, shallow breathing, hips that feel like concrete.
It became who I was and I just stopped noticing that anything else was possible.
When stress is constant, cortisol stays elevated and your muscles never fully let go.
For years I felt that feeling tight was just part of life, thinking that I just needed to stretch more... then I realised that it was unprocessed stress...
The moment I began to incorporate breathing, awareness and simply processing the tension in my body with strength training, it was absolutely life changing, finally I had a way to process stress instead of relying on food, sugar or excessive exercise.
Give them a shot, I am sure that they will help
And if you want this kind of training in person in Amsterdam, DM me âstress.â Iâll tell you exactly how it works.
No stress ;) just a conversation

Super happy with how things are coming together, then again. Itâs far from easy.
Being someone who as an introvert, has adhd and is diagnosed as a highly sensitive person I realise that stress management isnât just important.
Itâs everything.
The days that I donât think about taking care of myself are the days that I simply cannot perform.
I eat sugar, want to smoke w**d and simply just escape my reality.
Taking care of myself feels like a chihore sometimes, like I would rather not and just watch Vikings on the sofa.
But I know one thing.
If I donât take care of myself how can I possibly begin to take care of my clients and loved ones?
Hereâs to all of you doing the right thing, especially if itâs hard.

April Recap
This last month was great, learned a lot and even better, did a lot đ
Iâm super proud of myself for implementing so many new things this month it has been insane.
I cut back on strength training from 6 to 3 sessions per week and started to up my cardio, particularly zone 2 cardio which I feel has had an amazing impact on my focus, mood and energy
I think everyone has noticed that something has changed, what changed was that I decided to lock in.
It sounds so simple, but to truly lock in and give it my best. That didnât just mean working more it meant taking more time for myself, more time for my recovery and more time to be patient as I continue to develop.
I am super excited about this coming month, I feel like it is going to be a great one, full of love, progress and health.
Thank you April and everyone that was part of it!

What's it really costing you to be stressed all the time?

I had a client tell me last week: "I just feel old."
She's 47.
Here's the thing she's
She's just paying the tax for being under-muscled, under-slept, and sitting 11 hours a day for 27 years. That's not ageing. That's neglect.
Although she's only starting at 47, the beautiful thing is that, she can reduce her biological age simply by focusing on improving her habits in these areas.
The three things in this post are the ones I see wreck people's healthspan more than anything else. And thankfully they're the three that you can turn around the fastest.
Even the smallest thing you can do in the direction of any of these would be massive, small steps do add up afternall
Interesting enough, it's barely about not aging, rather it is about not aging faster than you have to, and trying to feel as young as you can for as long as you can.
If you want to age as slowly as possible Dm me HEALTH and let's build you a plan that actually fits your life and allows you to get your health in the best place it's ever been short term and long term.

Still following a plan that wasnât built for you?
Most people donât fail because they lack discipline.
They fail because the plan didnât fit their life.
The apps, the YouTube routines, the âjust be consistentâ advice.
Maybe it worked for a bit.
Then life got busy, the schedule fell apart, and you were back to square one.
Thatâs not a you problem.
That was always a plan problem.
If you work a desk job, manage a full schedule, and have tried getting in shape before, you donât need more motivation.
You need something built around how you actually live.
Thatâs what I build.
Training, nutrition, and structure designed around your goals, your schedule, and your starting point.
Whether you train twice a week or five times.
Online or in person.
Total beginner or not.
The plan adapts as you do.
Weekly check-ins, direct access to me, and no more guessing.
Swipe through to see exactly how it works.
Then fill in the short form in my bio.
Takes two minutes.
No commitment, just a conversation to see if itâs the right fit.

You sit down at your desk at 8. By the time you look up, itâs 6pm.
You had every intention of eating well today. But that meeting ran long, lunch was whatever was fastest, and by the afternoon youâre running on coffee and stress.
You get home tired. The idea of figuring out what to cook, what to track, what workout to follow... itâs just another thing on a list that never ends.
So you tell yourself youâll figure it out this weekend. Youâll meal prep. Youâll find a programme. Youâll âget serious.â
But the weekend comes and you finally have time with your family, things that need to get done around the house, and honestly? You just need to breathe for a second.
And then Monday comes. And the cycle starts again.
The truth is you donât need more information. You donât need another app. You donât need to âfind timeâ to research the perfect plan.
You need someone to hand you the plan. Built for your hours.
Your stress levels.
Your life as it actually is, not as you wish it was.
Thatâs the difference between doing it alone and having a coach whoâs done this 150+ times with people exactly like you.
DM me âPLANâ and Iâll take the guesswork off your plate for good.

Youâre not lazy. Youâre not unmotivated. Youâre busy.
And thatâs exactly why a generic plan will never work for you.
Most professionals donât fail because they donât try hard enough. They fail because theyâre following a plan that was never built for their life. One that ignores long hours, back-to-back meetings, travel, and the fact that your time is your most valuable asset.
When you have a plan built specifically around you, your schedule, your goals, your body, the doubt disappears. You stop guessing.
You stop second-guessing every meal and every session. You just move forward with clarity.
And that clarity is what separates people who get results and keep them from people who are always starting over.
The right plan doesnât just change how you look over the next few months.
It changes how you operate for the rest of your life. More energy at your desk. Sharper thinking under pressure. A body that works for you instead of being one more thing youâre behind on.
This isnât about the next programme. Itâs about the last time you ever have to start over.
Youâve built a successful career by having the right strategy.
Your health deserves the same.
DM me âPLANâ and letâs build yours. đ
