When fascia loses elasticity, your body starts compensating - and that’s when discomfort begins.
Move gently. Hydrate well. Stretch intentionally. 🤍
4 simple shoulder mobility exercises you can do anywhere.
Do them standing or seated to make them easier, or hinge forward to increase the challenge.
If you have weights or bands, adding 1–5 kg can make them more effective.
Focus on keeping your shoulders relaxed and away from your ears.
