We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Australia Documentation Officer
📌 Location: Bharatpur-10, Chitwan
🕒 Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize documentation for Australia-bound students.

Guide students through visa application procedures and compliance requirements.

Coordinate with universities and embassies for documentation follow-ups.

Ensure up-to-date knowledge of Australia student visa policies and documentation changes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in Management, Education, or related).

Minimum 1 year of experience in student visa documentation (Australia preferred).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

2. Customer Service Associate
📌 Location: Bharatpur-10, Chitwan
🕒 Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries from students and guardians via phone, email, and in-person.

Schedule appointments and manage front-desk operations.

Maintain student records and assist with documentation process.

Provide accurate information regarding services and study destinations.

Requirements:

+2 completed (Bachelor’s preferred).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and email handling.

Prior experience in a front-desk or customer service role is a plus.
