हिजो हाम्रो फेसबुक पेजमार्फत छात्रवृत्ति करारअन्तर्गतका स्वास्थ्यकर्मीहरूको तलब–भत्ता सम्बन्धी समस्या सार्वजनिक गरिएकाे थियो। संघीय स्वास्थ्य तथा जनसंख्या मन्त्रालयले आजै तत्कालीन पहल गर्दै समस्या समाधानको प्रक्रिया अघि बढाएको छ। भविष्यमा यस्ता समस्या दोहोरिन नदिने अपेक्षा गर्दछौं। धन्याबाद सबैजनामा

मधेश प्रदेशमा चिकित्सक तथा स्वास्थ्यकर्मी छात्रवृत्ति करारमा कार्यरत कर्मचारीहरू दशैंजस्ता चाडपर्व आउँदा समेत नियमित तलब–भत्ता नपाई अन्याय भोग्नु दुःखद छ। बारम्बार मन्त्रालय धाउनुपर्ने, तलब ३–४ महिनामा मात्र आउने, पदस्थापन र तलब–भत्तामा समेत अनावश्यक ढिलाइ, प्रक्रिया र कमिसनको चलन देखिनु अत्यन्तै निराशाजनक र अस्वीकार्य छ।
स्वास्थ्य सेवा जनताको जीवनसँग प्रत्यक्ष जोडिएको संवेदनशील क्षेत्र हो। यसमा काम गर्ने कर्मचारीहरूलाई समयमा तलब–भत्ता सुनिश्चित गर्नु सरकारको पहिलो दायित्व हो। मधेश प्रदेश सरकार र स्वास्थ्य तथा जनसंख्या मन्त्रालयले यी समस्या, ढिलाइ र कमिसन संस्कृतिलाई तत्काल अन्त्य गरी स्वास्थ्यकर्मीहरूको मनोबल र सेवाको गुणस्तर जोगाउने कार्यमा गम्भीर ध्यान दिनुपर्छ।
