When the confidence begins to fall.
“My child says they’re bad at maths.”
This is one of the most common things parents tell me.
The surprising thing is that it’s often not a maths problem - it’s a confidence problem.
When children start believing they’re “not a maths person”, they often stop trying before they’ve even had a chance to succeed.

A lack of confidence is the biggest problem in this subject, it can be flipped around though, we’ve got this.
