On June 17, 2026, Education Program Supervisor (EPS) Dr. Lino T. Sanchez conducted a monitoring visit at Bunggo Integrated School to assess the implementation of the Instructional Blocks. The activity aimed to ensure the effective delivery of quality instruction, adherence to educational standards, and the continuous improvement of teaching and learning practices. Through this monitoring initiative, Dr. Sanchez demonstrated the Department of Education’s commitment to strengthening instructional leadership and supporting schools in achieving better learning outcomes for all learners.

Second Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED)

Bunggo Integrated School successfully conducted the Second Quarter Nationwide Earthquake Drill on June 18, 2026, at exactly 9:00 AM, in strict adherence to the national disaster preparedness protocols. This activity was organized to ensure that all students, teaching personnel, non-teaching staff are fully acquainted with the necessary safety procedures during seismic events. Preparedness remains our most effective against calamities, and continuous practice ensures that everyone remains vigilant and capable of acting promptly and correctly when it matters most.

SUBJECT: Official Change of Name from DepEdTayo-Bunggo NHS - Calamba City to DepEd Bunggo Integrated School

Pursuant to Department of Education Order No. 7, Series of 2026, and in compliance with the standard naming guidelines for schools, we are pleased to announce that effective June 18, 2026, our school shall officially be known as:

DEPED BUNGGO INTEGRATED SCHOOL

(Formerly: DepEdTayo-Bunggo NHS - Calamba City)

All official documents, records, communications, social media pages, and school signage will be updated to reflect this new official name. Previous records and documents issued under the former name remain valid and fully recognized.

We sincerely thank everyone for your continued support and cooperation as we update our official identity in accordance with DepEd regulations.

Kaya naman, hinihiling sa lahat ng public schools at offices sa SDO Calamba City na i-review at i-update ang kanilang official social media pages bilang pagsunod sa DepEd Order No. 7, s. 2026.

Sama-sama nating itaguyod ang institutional integrity, transparency, at consistency sa ating digital presence.

Bunggo Integrated School conducted the General Parents-Teachers Association (GPTA) Election on June 11, 2026, with the active participation of parents and guardians. The election aimed to select dedicated officers who will work hand in hand with the school in promoting programs and activities that support learners’ welfare and academic success.

First General Parents’ Assembly: Orientation on Three-Term School Calendar for SY 2026-2027

Bunggo Integrated School conducted its First General Assembly on June 11, 2026, bringing together parents and guardians to strengthen collaboration and support for learners’ academic success. The assembly served as an avenue to orient stakeholders on important updates and policies for the School Year 2026–2027.

Topics discussed included the Three-Term School Calendar in Basic Education discussed by Susana Alcantara; Guidelines on Learning Continuity in Emergencies by Bernardo Jun Leron; Revised Guidelines on Classroom Assessment, Grading System, and Awards and Recognition for the K to 12 Basic Education Program by Maribel Umandap; Strengthened Senior High School Curriculum by Mario M. Mercado, Jr.; School Policies and Learner Discipline by Abegail Panghulan; Proper Waste Segregation by Lawrence Longcop; and the School Canteen and Feeding Program by Eufemia Panganiban.

Through this meaningful gathering, the school reinforced its commitment to fostering a strong partnership with parents and ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed and actively involved in promoting a safe, healthy, and learner-centered educational environment.

Engr. Allan Jade Reyes conducted a school monitoring visit to assess the preparedness of the school for the opening of classes as part of the Oplan Balik Eskwela initiative on June 8, 2026. The activity focused on evaluating school facilities, ensuring the readiness of learning resources, and identifying areas that may require immediate attention. Through regular monitoring and coordination with school personnel, Oplan Balik Eskwela continues to support the delivery of quality education and the provision of a safe, organized, and conducive learning environment for all learners.
