Last Monday, the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) officers held our first official meeting for the school year. The purpose of this gathering was to align ourselves with the organization's goals, discuss plans for upcoming environmental programs, and strengthen our commitment as youth leaders to promote environmental awareness within our school community.
During the meeting, we talked about the importance of student involvement in addressing environmental issues such as proper waste management, energy conservation, and the need to protect our natural resources. We also reviewed our responsibilities as officers and brainstormed possible projects and activities for the coming months, including clean-up drives, tree-planting, and recycling campaigns for our fellow students.
This meeting served as a platform for us to share our ideas, collaborate as a team, and build a clear roadmap for our environmental advocacy. As young leaders, we believe that even small actions can create lasting change. Through YES-O, we aim to lead by example and inspire our peers to be more environmentally conscious in caring for the planet.

Today, April 8, the Youth for Environmental In School Organization (YES-O) participated in the last clean-up drive inside the school. Shows how teamwork, dedication, and small actions can create a big impact on maintaining cleanliness and proper garbage disposal here in our school.
