In my new book, "Healing from Narcissistic Abuse," I delve into the depths of narcissistic psychology and the mind games that leave victims confused and powerless.
The statistics are staggering: it is estimated that approximately 1 in 4 women and 1 in 7 men will experience severe domestic violence in their lifetime.
However, narcissistic abuse often remains hidden. While the word "narcissist" is frequently used today, there is a vast difference between common personality traits and Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD).
The latter leads to what is known as Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome, a serious condition that shatters one’s mental health and overall well-being.
Writing this book has been a therapeutic journey for me. I am sharing my story to be a light for those living in darkness and to raise awareness about this critical issue.
The book also features invaluable insights from Cauterucci a Washington D.C.-based psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience.
If you find yourself in this situation, know that you are not alone. Trauma is not the end of your story.
When you are in the dark, remember that light always prevails. Step by step, you can turn the page and begin a new chapter. This book is here to accompany you through every stage of that healing.

This morning, during my mindfulness practice, I listened to .kabat.zinn
I love how beautifully he explains that mindfulness isn’t a cure for all of life’s problems.
But it can help you realize a powerful truth:
🌟You are already whole. No matter the trauma or challenges you’ve faced, that wholeness is still within you.🌟
We're always searching for things or people to "complete" us, but maybe the real issue is the THOUGHT that we're incomplete to begin with.
Our scars are part of our story, yes—but there’s something deeper within us that holds space for those scars.
So practicing meditation isn’t about becoming “better.”
It’s about recognizing that our true nature is already whole, resourceful, and complete.
Each and every one of us carries the whole universe folded and compressed into a single being—imagine the potential that lies within you.
When you begin to embody this truth, that wholeness will naturally radiate outward.
And the world needs all of us to recognize our light.
I invite you to take a few minutes out of your day and meditate on this quote by Rumi:

Very excited to deepen my journey with the Tao ☯️
The Tao is a practical philosophy filled with wisdom, teaching us how to FLOW and BE in HARMONY with life's natural rhythms, cycles, and seasons. 🌿
✨ It's an invitation to let go, surrender, and align with your highest path. ✨
But it’s not always easy—our ego constantly seeks control, familiarity, and security, keeping us stuck in patterns designed to protect us at all costs.

🥹 I’m deeply moved by the insights and reflections my students shared during today’s Dharma talk and meditation on balancing Doing VS Being. ☯️
We explored the importance of stepping back from the busyness of life to cultivate presence and stillness.
When we slow down, we align with our energy, deepen our intuition, and open ourselves to insights that are often drowned out by distractions or constant activity. 🧘♀️
I shared how this is like shooting blanks: you can take endless shots but miss the target. When you pause, get still, and focus, your actions become intentional and effective—like a well-aimed shot that hits the mark.
🥋 This practice is deeply rooted in martial arts, where stillness and mindfulness sharpen precision and flow.
We also touched on the Taoist concept of Wu Wei, the art of effortless action.
By finding this balance, we begin to see life through a clearer lens—free from distorted narratives and interpretations.
In this space of presence, we embrace the magic of life unfolding exactly as it is, full of truth, beauty and wonder.
✨ Interestingly, after our session, I experienced a moment of synchronicity: I received an email from Deepak Chopra with an article about “Letting Life Live Through You.” ✨
It perfectly aligns with what we discussed today. I’ll share a part of the text that deeply resonates so you can explore it further.
