After rigorous review and audit, the Commission hereby issues an "𝐔𝐍𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐄𝐃 𝐎𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐎𝐍". This confirms that their reports are fairly presented and fully compliant with our outlined standards.

Since all activities conducted were purely online, no funds were disbursed or managed during this period. Along with sufficient documentation of every event, the activities held were implemented in line with their intended objectives.

The Commission commends the U-COMELEC for its cooperation and commitment to accountability.
