FROM VISION TO VICTORY!
Bonuan Buquig National High School once again proved that when compassion meets commitment, excellence follows!
BBNHS emerged as the CHAMPION among four pilot schools, garnering an outstanding score of 99.4% and bringing home a cash prize of โฑ13,000.00 during the Playbook: Peer Support Group for the Youth โ Health and Wellness Recognition Day held on June 11, 2026 at the Peopleโs Astrodome,
The winning proposal, AYUYANG: BBNHS Care Center (Accept Your Unique Self, Yes to Care, Always Listen, No Judgment, and Grow Together), envisions a safe and nurturing space where every learner feels valued, heard, connected, and loved. This remarkable achievement was made possible through the dedication of our trained Peer FacilitatorsโJunneah Analee M. De Luna, John David A. Camacho, KC Hortaleza, and Khaecia Venice Ramosโtogether with the 20 student members of the Peer Support Group. Special recognition is also given to the School Mental Health Coordinator, trained MHPSS and Peer Facilitator, Mr. Jerome Dizon, who served as the proponent and presenter of the winning proposal.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Dr. Marciano U. Soriano, Jr. (SDS), Dr. Edwin R. Ferrer (PSDS), Dr. Reymond N. Villare (Principal IV), Sir John Rey A. Silang (OIC Assistant Principal for SHS), Maโam Maria Merlinda Mariado (OIC Assistant Principal for JHS), Madam Imelda Q.
