𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧: Eastern Visayas State University–Burauen Campus (EVSU-BC) conducts a student survey in line with the State of National Energy Emergency declared under Executive Order No. 110, s. 2026, and CHED Memorandum from the Office of the Chairperson (MOC) No. 117, s. 2026.

The survey aims to assess the impact of the ongoing energy crisis on students’ access to education and to gather their concerns, opinions, and suggestions on the implementation of flexible learning. It covers issues such as electricity supply constraints, rotational power interruptions, rising fuel and transportation costs, and increasing internet connectivity expenses that affect learning continuity.

This initiative supports the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) in gathering data that will help guide policies and flexible learning strategies amid the continuing energy crisis.

All EVSUnistas are encouraged to participate by answering the survey using their official EVSU email accounts. Your voice matters—be part and speak up.
