The BS ABE program under the Institute of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering prepares undergraduates to be uniquely qualified in applying physical, biological, and engineering science to problems that involve living systems, agricultural production and process. It provides the application of engineering science and designs to the sustainable production, post production and processing of agricultural and biological materials and renewable resources in order to enhance human health in harmony with the environment.

The AB Engineering program can serve a broad range of excellent career opportunities and interests, thus, IABE offers students an opportunity to undertake research and advanced study within the division of their choice.
