Please be informed that the processing of applications for the 2026-2027 UPLB Vehicle Sticker is currently limited to 1) UPLB Officials, 2) UPLB Retirees, and 3) UPLB Employees who are Senior Citizens, Pregnant, or Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).

Therefore, 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 to the UPLB Vehicle Information and Sticker System (UVISS) at uviss.uplb.edu.ph 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀.

Applicants who are not included in the current phase of processing are advised to await further announcements regarding the opening of applications for other eligible UPLB constituents and non-UPLB constituents.

𝗢𝗩𝗖𝗖𝗔 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵-𝗔-𝗧𝗲𝗸𝗮 – 𝗣𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗞𝗼𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱 𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗣𝗟𝗕🎉🌿

Innovation, entrepreneurship, and community spirit took center stage as the 𝗢𝗩𝗖𝗖𝗔 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵-𝗔-𝗧𝗲𝗸𝗮 – 𝗣𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗞𝗼𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱 𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗣𝗟𝗕 was successfully held on 18 June 2026 at Carabao Park, UPLB, in celebration of 𝗨𝗣 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆.

Bringing ideas to enterprise, the fair featured an 𝗜𝗣 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 and the 𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗢𝗟 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿, supporting startups, MSMEs, student entrepreneurs, and aspiring innovators. Barangay partners from Los Baños likewise showcased and sold local products, highlighting the strength of university–community collaboration in advancing local livelihoods.

The opening program was graced by Atty. Melo-Jean T. Triños-Peralta (TTBDO Director), Atty. Eric Paul D. Peralta (VC for Community Affairs), Dr. Benevieve D. Villanueva (Assistant to the VC for Community Affairs), and Los Baños Mayor Neil Andrew Nocon, together with representatives from the Municipal Government of Los Baños—highlighting strong UPLB–LGU partnership.

As the day concluded, one message stood out: 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗱—𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱, 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱.

The University of the Philippines Los Baños participated in the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) held on 18 June 2026, emphasizing its continuing commitment to disaster preparedness, safety, and institutional resilience.

The activity likewise coincided with the celebration of UP Public Service Day, observed across the various UP Constituent Universities, highlighting the UP System’s enduring commitment to public service, civic engagement, and nation-building.

The UPLB Office of the Vice Chancellor for Community Affairs (OVCCA) extends its appreciation to all UPLB units and partner organizations for their active participation and support in this initiative.

Through collective action and shared responsibility, we continue to advance a prepared, responsive, and service-oriented UP community.

In celebration of the 𝐔𝐏 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲, the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Community Affairs (OVCCA), in partnership with the UPLB Technology Transfer and Business Development Office (TTBDO), presents the OVCCA Community Fair 2026 entitled “𝙏𝙚𝙘𝙝-𝘼-𝙏𝙚𝙠𝙖: 𝙋𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖 𝙨𝙖 𝙆𝙤𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙙 𝙣𝙜 𝙐𝙋𝙇𝘽” on 𝟭𝟴 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆), 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠–𝟱:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸, 𝗨𝗣𝗟𝗕.

Anchored on the Tech-A-Teka: IP Awareness Campaign, the fair brings together innovation, entrepreneurship, and community engagement to promote intellectual property awareness and support barangay-based livelihood and enterprise development.

The event will feature a seminar on Intellectual Property (IP) and the SIBOL Business Incubator, offering valuable learning and networking opportunities for startups, MSMEs, student entrepreneurs, and aspiring business owners.

Adding to the celebration, participating barangays from Los Baños will showcase and sell their local products, creating opportunities for market access while strengthening university–community partnerships.

Pursuant to OVCCA Memorandum No.16 , Series of 2026 and Memorandum No. PAJ 26-02 on the 2026 Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill, the University of the Philippines Los Baños will participate in the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) 𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆), 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟵:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟬𝟵:𝟯𝟬 𝗔𝗠

As part of the continuing efforts of OVCCA-SSO to promote disaster preparedness and campus safety, all members of the UPLB community are strongly encouraged to participate, while partner organizations within the campus are encouraged to join the drill.

This activity aims to strengthen the University’s preparedness and ensure the safety of the campus community during emergencies. Participants are advised to follow the guidance of designated safety marshals throughout the drill.

𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀. 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆. 💚🚐🌾

For two days, the 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 became a space where kindness, gratitude, and 𝘣𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘩𝘢𝘯 came together in support of the people who keep our communities moving.

Held on 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟬–𝟭𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the waiting shed behind the UPLB Main Library, the initiative reached 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗨𝗩 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗱𝗮𝘆, offering simple tokens of appreciation for their hard work and dedication.

On the 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝘆, fresh vegetables from the farmers of 𝗔𝘁𝗼𝗸, 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘁 were shared with our drivers—bringing the harvest of our farmers directly to the hands of our transport frontliners.

On the 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘆, bread and biscuit packs were distributed through the generosity of the 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱, the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗮 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀.

More than food, these were reminders that our drivers are seen, valued, and appreciated. Every vegetable pack, every loaf of bread, and every shared smile reflected the strength of a community that cares for one another.

To our farmers, partners, volunteers, and especially our PUV drivers—𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆. Together, we proved that even the simplest acts of giving can go a long way in nourishing not only bodies, but also hearts.

✨ 𝗦𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗱𝗮, 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗸𝗮𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘆. 𝗦𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝗶𝘆𝗮𝗵𝗲, 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗸𝗼𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱 𝗻𝗮 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆.
