All examinees, passed or failed, may now view and download their individual test results through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS).

𝑻𝒐𝒅𝒂𝒚, 𝑴𝒂𝒚 𝟏𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, all examinees—whether successful or not—may view and download their individual test results through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS).

The CSC reiterated that examination results will not be mailed to individual examinees.

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has officially opened the filing of applications today, May 14, 2026, for the August 9, 2026 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT).

Applicants may submit their applications through the following modes, depending on the region:

✔︎ Walk-in – via the Regional/Field Office
✔︎ Online – via eServe
✔︎ Online – via OCSEAS

The application period for the second civil service examination this year will run until June 10, 2026.

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺?

Passing the Career Service Exam – Paper and Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) is the usual way to obtain eligibility for government service. However, there are also special laws and issuances that provide exemptions.

In addition to the newly approved civil service eligibility for Sangguniang Kabataan Officials (SKOs), the Civil Service Commission (CSC) has recognized 11 other eligibilities granted to qualified individuals.

Elected and appointed Sangguniang Kabataan Officials (SKOs) in good standing are now entitled to civil service eligibility, provided they have completed a full three-year term of office or its equivalent.
