JOB DESCRIPTION
➤Work onsite for the training and project duration
➤Conduct face to face Business English classes to Japanese professionals
➤Improve the English language skills of the students
➤Motivate, encourage and inspire students to do their best in class
➤Provide post-class reports
➤Perform Coach-in-charge (CIC) duties

QUALIFICATIONS
➤Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
➤Candidate must be highly proficient in oral and written English
➤Candidate must have strong sense of professionalism
➤Candidate must have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute

- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Required language: English
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skills: ESL, English Communication, Training, Business English
- Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in Training & Development or equivalent
Candidate must have average to excellent English Communication Skills
- Typing Speed of 40 words per minute or higher
- Familiar with Google applications, Skype, and WebEx.

REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must have a good sense of professionalism and a strong sense of commitment
- Excellent attendance record
- Can work in the office (Makati City/ Greenbelt Area)
- Can work at home should the government implement a lockdown or quarantine or travel ban
- Can handle work challenges and job pressure

HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, AND INTERNET REQUIREMENTS
- Home (Back-up) computer with at least i3 processor 8th Gen/ 4 GB RAM
- HD We**am
- Noise-canceling Headset
- Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps internet speed
- Quiet home environment

WORK SHIFT AND SCHEDULE
- Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Paid holiday work
