CLARIFICATION ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ENHANCED
TABLES OF SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE SUBJECTS OF THE LICENSURE EXAMINATION FOR PROFESSIONAL TEACHERS UNDER BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 11 (S. 2022)
WHEREFORE, upon these premises, the Board RESOLVES, as it is hereby RESOLVED that:
1. Only graduates of BEEd and BSEd prior to the issuance of CMO Nos. 74 and 75 (s.2017), i.e., those who graduated in year 2020 or earlier, shall be admitted to the September 2022 schedule of the LEPT;
2. The BEEd and BSEd graduates of year 2021 onwards shall not be eligible to take the September 2022 LEPT and shall be advised to apply in the next schedule of the LEPT starting 2023;
3. The 2023 LEPT and its succeeding schedules shall be open to all BEEd and BSEd graduates, regardless of the year of their graduation. The graduates of BEEd and BSEd prior to the issuance of CMO Nos. 74 and 75 (s. 2017) are, however, encouraged to take refresher course/s to bridge the gap in knowledge and learning outcomes between the old and the new curricula.
The foregoing rules shall similarly apply to the graduates of equivalent baccalaureate courses with eighteen (18) units of education. As such, only those who have taken or earned their eighteen (18) education units under the old curriculum shall be admitted to the September 2022 LEPT, while, those under the new curriculum shall be allowed to take the LEPT starting year 2023 only.

ANNOUNCEMENT:
1. Due to the unexpected increase in volume of enrollees these past few days, orientation via Zoom conferencing for Monday (August 24, 2020) is cancelled. Please wait for further announcements.
2. Enrollment for the 1st Semester SY 2020-2021 is still ON-GOING.
3. Since August 19, 2020, we started asking for enrollees' contact details. This is for their professors to reach them digitally. Enrollees should wait for their professors to announce the schedules of their class and which social media platform to use. Utilization of the different electronic communication channels will be up to the professors' discretion.
Those students who were able to enroll but weren't able to submit their contact details are adviced to POST this using the following format:
* Fullname (Last Name, First Name, and Middle Initial)
* Course and Year Level
* Facebook Profile Link
* E-mail Address
* Telephone/Cellphone Number
4. We are unable to attend to most of the inquiries on social media due to the sudden increase in number of UM visitors. You may contact us through these numbers: 0287355085/94. We do appreciate your kind indulgence.
5. Walk-in students would be entertained beginning Thursday, August 27, 2020. This is due to Brgy. 403's directive in limiting our visitors to 200 daily from Monday until Wednesday of the following week (August 24-26, 2020). This will be reserved for those who were not accommodated last week.
6. Visitors on August 24-26, 2020 should have their names be listed in Brgy. 403 (number with signature of the assigned brgy personnel). If you fail to do so, you will not be entertained.
7. For Summer Class 2020 enrollees: Those who cannot get their modules may assign their representative.

NOTICE:
Please be informed that all students, visitors, and all academic and non-academic personnel are required to:
1. Bring your COVID-free certificate from your respective barangay;
2. Wear your face mask and face shield at all times;
3. In compliance with IATF, any person below twenty-one (21) years old, those who are sixty (60) and above, having immunodeficiencies, comorbidities, or other health risks, and pregnant women, including any person who resides with the aforementioned, shall be required to remain in their residences at all times.
Anyone who does not abide by the above-mentioned protocol will not be admitted in The University of Manila. This is in accordance with the directive of Barangay 403 upon IATF’s promulgation.

POSTPONEMENT OF SEPTEMBER 2020 SCHEDULED LICENSURE EXAMINATIONS
Due to government imposed restrictions and other unforeseeable circumstances because of extended community quarantines, and to ensure the health and safety of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) examinees, Professional Regulatory Boards (PRBs) and examination personnel, the conduct of the following scheduled September 2020 licensure examinations is hereby POSTPONED:
• Licensure Examination for Foresters (September 1 – 2, 2020)
• Licensure Examination for Registered Electrical Engineers (September 4 – 5, 2020)
• Licensure Examination for Registered Master Electricians (September 6, 2020)
• Librarians Licensure Examination (September 8 – 9, 2020)
• Licensure Examination for Respiratory Therapists (September 15 – 16, 2020)
• Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (September 27, 2020)
• Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers Licensure Examination (September 29 – 30, 2020)
The said licensure examinations will be rescheduled in 2021. Examinees are advised to check the PRC official website and social media accounts for important updates.
