Social enterprises are uniquely positioned to advance the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by combining business innovation with social impact.

Unlike traditional organizations that may focus on a single objective, social enterprises create solutions that address social, environmental, and economic challenges simultaneouslyโ€”helping communities thrive while promoting sustainable development.

By putting people, planet, and purpose at the heart of their work, social enterprises contribute meaningfully to goals such as quality education, decent work, reduced inequalities, climate action, and more. ๐ŸŒโœจ

Every social enterprise started with a vision to create positive change. Together, small actions can grow into lasting impact for communities and future generations.

New week, new mission unlocked, Lasallians. ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ”“

We are keeping it simple today, Lasallians. One small task that you can commit to doing for the week shall be your triumph. โœจ An encouragement given to a person, a task accomplished, a shared idea, or simply a quiet moment taken ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ’ก all these could contribute to something great and meaningful.

Choose a mission and pursue it. ๐Ÿ’š

"Every commitment to support contributes to stronger communities and meaningful service."

The NSTP Resource Mobilization (ResMob) Fair is happening in conjunction with the University Vision-Mission Week 2026, from June 15-19, 22-23, and 25, 2026, at the Henry Sy Sr. Hall center lobby.

Organized in support of NSTP project implementation activities, the fair aims to generate resources that will benefit NSTP partner organizations, schools, and communities for AY 2025โ€“2026. Through the collective efforts of CWTS and LTS students, faculty, and community partners, the activity transforms creativity, collaboration, and entrepreneurship into meaningful support for community-based and school-based initiatives.

More than a fundraising activity, the NSTP Resource Mobilization Fair embodies the spirit of SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, bringing together students, faculty, University offices, and community partners in a shared effort to support social engagement initiatives. The resources generated will help sustain co-created projects with partner communities, demonstrating how collaboration and collective action can foster meaningful, responsive, and sustainable community engagements.

We invite the Lasallian community to visit the fair, support the participating NSTP classes, and be part of initiatives that create a positive impact beyond the University.

As the end of the week arrives, itโ€™s a great reminder that real change isnโ€™t about monumental gestures, but the consistent choices we make every day. ๐ŸŒฑโœจ

The message from Desmond Tutu teaches us about collective strength ๐Ÿค how the individual contributions of those who serve, who are kind, and who are committed can work together to make a world of difference. ๐Ÿ’š Through LSEED, we get to see firsthand the profound impact that even the smallest gesture can have on our communities. ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒฟ

Let us carry this sense of purpose and service into the week ahead, knowing that every effort matters and every seed we plant has the potential to grow. ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒŸ
