Philippine higher education institutions (HEIs) are invited to join a national conversation on the future of internationalized learning through Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL).

To ensure that qualified faculty, researchers, and graduating students have ample time to finalize and submit their applications, the new deadline for submission is June 19, 2026.

This specialized track under the Fulbright Foreign Student Program supports future Filipino leaders in advancing a robust local space ecosystem. The scholarship provides full funding for Master’s Degrees (up to 2 years), and Doctoral Studies (up to 2 years).

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) is pleased to inform interested parties of the call for applications to the Student Exchange Programme of Universiti Utara Malaysia (UMM) for the Fall Semester 2026, scheduled to run from September 2026 until February 2027.
