Ateneo KSP Director Participates in Roundtable Discussion on Korean Studies in the Era of Globalization and Digital Transformation๐ฃ๐ฐ๐ท
KSP Director Ms. Aurea C. Javier presented how Ateneo continues to sustain Korean Studies in the era of globalization and digital transformation during the roundtable session of the international conference on Vietnam-Korea economic cooperation held at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City.
Guided by the theme, โKorean Studies in the Era of Globalization and Digital Transformation: New Challenges and Development Strategies for Korean Studies in Vietnam,โ Ms. Javier joined the roundtable discussion, albeit online, with colleagues from the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Korea. Together, they formed a panel that shared how their institutions are adapting to digital transformation and globalization. The panel also proposed strategic directions for sustaining Korean Studies in Vietnam, drawing from their own experiences and local realities. Their contributions enriched broader discussions on how Korean Studies can be reconfigured in a knowledge-based society.
Through this meaningful exchange, KSP continues to reaffirm its commitment to academic collaboration, regional engagement, and the advancement of Korean Studies. โจ๐๐๐ค ๐ฐ๐ท
