The seminar aims to provide participants with essential knowledge regarding leadership, active participation in the community, and the impact of policy on healthcare professions.

- To teach the audience about the core traits of strong leaders: accountability, transparency, and integrity. These qualities build trust and ensure leaders are responsible enough to run a nation.

- To motivate all citizens, especially the youth, to get involved in politics and community activities. By speaking up and participating, all can influence positive change and help create the good governance they want to see.

- To inform how political decisions directly affect the healthcare system, and this helps inspire action for reforms that better support our healthcare professionals and create a more effective system.

🎤 The program flow includes a full lineup of talks, presentations, and engaging activities scheduled from 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟭:𝟮𝟬 𝗔𝗠. Two invited speakers will share their insights on leadership, good governance, and how these shape our future as professionals.
