SINGING FOR JUSTICE, DANCING FOR TRUTH. ✊🏻
We, the students and members of The Glee Club of Colegio de San Pascual Baylon, Inc. (CSPB) are lifting our voices with the Filipino people in the Trillion Peso March against the country's government corruption. As artists and students, we truly believe that our music is not for harmony and our dance is not for spectacle alone, but also for truth, transparency, and accountability in terms of public funds.
Corruption had silenced millions of dreams. Every cent stolen resembles a note of music never sung and a step of dance never taken, a student's future left uncertain, and a family's hope denied. Just as harmony is broken by discord and a routine destroyed by one wrong move, society is broken when treachery and greed flourish.
We stand to protest that corruption must never be tolerated at any level of leadership. We lift our voices together to stand in unwavering support for our Filipino people that are currently fighting for our country's sake, and together, we will sing and dance for justice, restitution, and integrity in public service.
We defy to normalize dishonesty. The Filipino people will not be silenced, the youth will never be left unnoticed, and our song and dance of justice will not be muted and stopped. Together, let us all sing louder than corruption, and dance freely stronger than injustice.
For a nation where harmony reigns, where integrity leads, and where the future of the Filipino youth cannot be stolen.
