1. The 3-Term Academic Structure: A breakdown of how DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2026 shifts the year from 4 quarters to 3 dedicated terms.
2. The New Grading System: How student assessments and quarterly grades will be computed moving forward.
3. Proposed Academic Excellence Requirements: Updated standards and benchmarks for students aiming for honors and recognition.
4. Suspension of Classes Guidelines: Clear protocols for typhoons, extreme heat, and transitions to home-based learning.

🗓️ School Calendar & Vital Announcements:
Official School Calendar: Important dates for examinations, holidays, school breaks, and card distributions.

Administrative Updates: Crucial reminders regarding school policies and safety protocols.

👶 Important Advisory Regarding Children:
To ensure everyone can focus and get the most out of our discussions, we highly encourage parents and guardians not to bring children to the conference area.

However, we understand that childcare can be a challenge! If you cannot leave your children at home:

- A dedicated play space will be available where children can stay and play safely.
- A separate room will also be provided specifically for parents who absolutely need to keep their children with them during the duration of the meeting.

💡 Why your attendance matters:
These updates directly change how your child will study, get graded, and earn honors. We expect at least one parent or guardian per household to attend so we can build a stronger partnership from day one.

Good day, dear Parents and Guardians!

We are pleased to inform you that the Class Schedules for School Year 2026–2027 for Nursery to Grade 10 are now available.

The class schedules include the following information:
✅ Class days and time schedules
✅ Advisers of each class
✅ Subject teachers assigned to each level

Please take note that the regular class schedule will officially start on June 15, 2026. We encourage all parents and students to carefully review the schedules to become familiar with their class advisers, subject teachers, and daily learning timetable.

📌 Important Reminders:

• Kindly check the Parents' Group Chat for the Orientation Week schedule, as it is different from the regular class schedule. Important announcements and updates regarding the orientation and opening of classes will also be posted there.

• There will be no separate class group chats for each level. All official announcements, reminders, and school updates will be posted only in the Parents' Group Chat.

• Grade-level and class-specific announcements from advisers and subject teachers will be posted in the students' Google Classroom and will also be written in their Reminder Notebook.

• We kindly ask all parents to stay active in the Parents' Group Chat and regularly check their child's Google Classroom and Reminder Notebook to ensure that important information is received promptly.
