In celebration of Philippine Independence Day, the dedicated personnel of La Paz Integrated School, together with various school organizations; SELG, SSLG, BKD and YES-O united in meaningful community work through tree planting, ground leveling, and grass & tree pruning. Coconut, calamansi, and rambutan seedlings were planted as symbols of growth, resilience, and a brighter future for every learner.

Through collective effort and shared responsibility, we continue to nurture an environment where dreams can flourish and opportunities can grow. These acts of service shine as LIGHTS of hope, reflecting La Paz Integrated School’s unwavering commitment to empowering learners and building a stronger, greener, and more promising tomorrow.

What better way to celebrate Philippine Independence Day than by stepping into the shoes of our heroes through creativity, learning, and fun?

Today, the learners of LPIS proudly joined a variety of meaningful activities such as slogan making, poster making, coloring, and film viewing. Through these experiences, our young learners were able to discover the courage, sacrifices, and love for country shown by our forefathers and national heroes.

As crayons colored the pages, posters came to life, slogans echoed messages of patriotism, and inspiring stories unfolded on screen, our learners were reminded that freedom was earned through the bravery of those who came before us. 🇵🇭❤️

May these activities inspire our children to carry the spirit of patriotism, unity, and responsibility as future builders of our nation.

𝓜𝓪𝓫𝓾𝓱𝓪𝔂 𝓪𝓷𝓰 𝓴𝓪𝓫𝓪𝓽𝓪𝓪𝓷𝓰 𝓟𝓲𝓵𝓲𝓹𝓲𝓷𝓸! 𝓜𝓪𝓫𝓾𝓱𝓪𝔂 𝓪𝓷𝓰 𝓟𝓲𝓵𝓲𝓹𝓲𝓷𝓪𝓼!

𝚃𝚛𝚒𝚟𝚒𝚊:
The Philippines once celebrated Independence Day on 𝙅𝙪𝙡𝙮 4, sharing the holiday with the United States. 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘿𝙞𝙤𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙙𝙤 𝙈𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙡 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙅𝙪𝙣𝙚 12 𝙞𝙣 1962 to avoid colonial dependence. This shift was permanently formalized by Republic Act No. 4166 in 1964.

𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: 𝗦𝗞 𝗣𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻’𝘀 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴!

The generous distribution of school supply kits by the Sangguniang Kabataan Poblacion led by the SK Chairman, Michael Ray Adres, brought smiles to the learners of La Paz Integrated School. Through this meaningful initiative, SK Poblacion demonstrated its commitment to supporting education and empowering the youth. The school supplies provided will help learners prepare for the challenges of the new school year with confidence. More than material assistance, this act of kindness reflects the spirit of community service and shared responsibility for the success of every child.

The learners of La Paz Integrated School were filled with joy and gratitude as 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗶𝗻̃𝗮 pays a surprise visit and personally distributed school supply kits to support the learners educational journey. This meaningful initiative reflects the local government’s commitment to ensuring that every child is equipped and ready to learn. More than providing school materials, the activity inspired hope, confidence, and enthusiasm among the pupils. Together, we nurture young minds and light the path toward a brighter future.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗣𝗧𝗔 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗟𝗬

La Paz Integrated School successfully conducted its General Parent-Teachers Association (PTA) Meeting, bringing together parents, teachers, school personnel, and stakeholders in a meaningful gathering aimed at strengthening collaboration and partnership for the benefit of the learners. The activity served as an avenue for open communication, allowing parents to become more informed about the school’s programs, accomplishments, policies, and plans for the School Year 2026–2027.

The program commenced with the singing of the National Anthem, followed by a prayer. Parents and guardians were warmly welcomed by the School Head, Mr. Esteban Lope N. Tamayo, emphasizing the vital role of Parents, Guardians and stakeholders as partners in education.

Updates regarding school initiatives,m, campus improvement projects, were presented by the PTA BOD President, Mr. Edward P. Labuguen to ensure transparency and encourage active participation from all stakeholders.

During the meeting, important matters concerning school operations, student welfare, and parental involvement were also discussed by the School Head. The discussion fostered mutual understanding and reinforced the shared responsibility of the school community in nurturing learners’ academic growth, character development, and overall well-being.

The General PTA Meeting concluded with a renewed sense of unity and cooperation among parents, teachers, and school leaders. Through this collaborative effort, La Paz Integrated School continues to strengthen its commitment to providing quality education and creating a supportive learning environment where every learner can thrive and succeed. The success of the meeting reflected the community’s collective dedication to building a brighter future for all students.
