This time, we present to you tips for Effective Communication. As we know, effective communication is extremely vital in every field or profession β most substantially on the Human Resource for we are dealing with a diverse group of people with distinct attitudes, preferences, principles, etc. Thus, HR managers must choose the right message and method of delivery to keep these people informed and engaged because getting it wrong could have real consequences.
However, this new normal that we are currently in made it extremely hard to communicate effectively because of many factors. Therefore, the risks of getting communications wrong rose considerably.
We know how hard it is to convey effective messages in these times of uncertainty, so we really hope that these tips that we imparted could somehow aid our fellow ADMINistratorsβ troubles with disseminating effective communications.

Today we are going to discuss Workplace Bullying and Harassment. It's a pretty sensitive topic, but itβs something that a lot of people are experiencing not only at school, at home, but at the Workplace as well.
As an HR, one of our duties and responsibilities is to provide a safe and a healthy workplace where every employee can comfortably grow and express himself or herself without worrying about being judged.
Please donβt normalize bullying, it can create serious issues that will have a grieve effect on the one bullied. The best thing we can do as an HR is to take action so that this kind of thing wonβt be tolerated.
