𝘈 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘴 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘥𝘢𝘺.

We gathered in person with Centris parents for the final session of the 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘀 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 series 𝙍𝙊𝙊𝙏𝙀𝘿 – 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲. Together, we reflected on what matters most at home: being intentional in how we show up for our families and having real conversations that build trust, safety, and deeper connection. As we wrapped up this academic year and looked ahead to the next, it was a timely reminder that strong families are built one intentional choice at a time.

The Centris team and the Centris Community Growth Coordinators recently met for a leadership training based on John Maxwell’s Law of Intentionality. One key takeaway was that while experience comes with time, growth only happens when we choose it.

We reflected on what that looks like in real leadership today—being more self-aware, recognizing our strengths and blind spots, and being intentional with the daily habits that shape how we lead.

At Centris, we’re committed to growing together, leading with purpose and clarity, and lifting each other up. Because when we grow, everything else follows. 💛

𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘯 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯 𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘧𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦. ✨

At 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘀 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, we do more than teach—we nurture character, values, and life skills that shape who our learners become, not just what they know.

Throughout the Academic Year 2025-2026, we explored 10 meaningful themes together. Each one opened their minds a little wider, encouraged deeper reflection, and gently guided them toward becoming more 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙 𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙯𝙚𝙣𝙨.

And the transformation is visible. They speak with greater confidence, carry themselves with discipline, show genuine empathy for others, collaborate with kindness and respect, and make more thoughtful decisions each day.

We’re proud of every learner’s growth—but even more, we are hopeful for who they are becoming. Character is not built in a moment; it is shaped slowly, quietly, and powerfully over time.

And this journey does not end here.
