Good evening, Sienans! Tomorrow is Day 2 for our Guidance Week. To our Senior High School and College student, we are proud to present: Keep Calm and Think Happy Thoughts. A resiliency empowerment seminar from 8:00 am-11:30 am at Siena Hall. Our guest speaker will be Dr. Oliver Sta. Ana. See you there!

Sienans! Join us as we celebrate GUIDANCE WEEK 2018 with the theme: "SCQC: In Pursuit of a Healthy Psyche in the Digital Era." This year, we a have a week full of activities designed to elicit understanding and create consciousness as students take good care of their being. The theme speaks of the school community as we encounter the ever-changing world in strive to cope in the daily misery. Hence, the objectives are as follows:

• To promote the significance of taking mental health;

• To understand the effects of having mental health issues;

• To provide salient points and inputs through various activities on how to resolve mental health issues and

• To encourage students to constantly employ habits to maintain and sustain mental fitness.

Check out the program below and don't forget to drop by the Guidance Center to submit your entries.

For those who joined REEL FEELS, submit your entries until 4:00 pm tomorrow (Sept. 24) at the Guidance and Testing Center. Thank you and good luck!
