Introduction
BOUCH is a bonnet-pouch a product that gives protection from heat and rain a headgear that can also be a pouch that helps people organized their thing because it has an enough space for good storage.
The product has a two function which is to become bonnet and pouch but can’t be used at the same time, so the proponent solution for that is optional. Customer can used it as a bonnet cap then afterwards if the customer decides it to be a pouch then it can be.
BOUCH is an eco-friendly product it is not composed of plastic, the material used will not harm anybody. It is a unique and fashionable product for both sexes.
Overview of the business
CBC (Convertible Bonnet Company) is a startup manufacturing business of unique bonnet-pouch and young entrepreneurs are the one who will produce the product and will be distributed at within Quezon City. The business anticipates seizing the interest and attention of the consumer in the market area when it comes to convertible and at the same time fashionable Bonnet-pouch products. CBC will provide variety of designs of the product so that every customer has the chance to discover and meet their satisfaction when it comes to fashion.
Concept
BOUCH is a cap has unique design with a minimal space for good storage; it is made of bonnet you can also bring it as a hand purse/pouch when going out. The whole concept is to create new designs and trends through continuous research and development. Since this concept is new in a market today, the entrepreneurs adopt marketing strategies to create awareness, and pe*****te the target market.

CBC (CONVERTIBLE BONNET COMPANY). The name of the business comes from the product that is "BOUCH" The bouch is a bonnet that converts into pouch. Business that provides innovative and fashionable bouch.

CBC offered a new product an innovational concept having unique designs with two functions it can be convertible to another product; it is a bonnet cap that can be a pouch; CBC offered a quality, functional and fashionable bonnet-pouch. CBC has a variety of design so that customer will choose their interest to meet satisfaction.

BOUCH is a bonnet-pouch; it is unique due to its style and first time to see this kind of product. The cap and a pouch or bouch is reliable, fashionable, and usable product they may use bouch anything they want.

MARKETING HEAD- a marketing whose primary task is to manage the marketing resources of a product or business. Marketing can be in charge of a single product or brand or can be a general manager responsible for a broad array of products and services.
PRODUCTION MANAGER- the one who responsible for coordinating and controlling the activities required to make a product , typically involving effective control of scheduling , cost , performance , quality and waste requirements.
STAFF- the entire group of employees who work at a company.
Location
The proponents choose the project to be set up in, BLk.11 st. Ph.9 package 1 Bagong Silang Kaliwa Caloocan city 1400 metro manila. Where the products will be distributed. The following are our bases why we choose that place as our location: accessibility, visibility and no traffic, near to school, many people walk or drive past the location, the area served by public transportation.
