As the semester comes to a close, it’s time to settle our clearances! To ensure a smooth, organized, and hassle-free process, please be guided by the official requirements below for both SAS and SYPA clearance signing. 👇

📌 SAS CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS (2nd Semester)

For 1st Year to 3rd Year:
1️⃣ ID Validated
2️⃣ Verification Slip from LIBRARY
3️⃣ Medical and Dental Signed (Cleared)
4️⃣ SSG Unified CLEARANCE
5️⃣ Proof of Faculty Evaluation (from Guidance Office)

For 4th Year:
1️⃣ ID VALIDATED (surrender)
2️⃣ Verification Slip from LIBRARY
3️⃣ SSG Unified CLEARANCE
4️⃣ Submission/Filling out of NSRP Forms
5️⃣ Follow OMSC Job Placement PAGE
6️⃣ Attendance to LEGS (Guidance Office)
7️⃣ Proof of Mock Interview (Guidance Office)

⚠️ Important Rules:

• By Section Only: Clearances will be processed per section, and only the Section President is authorized to submit the clearances to the SYPA Office.

• Required Signature: We will NOT sign any clearance that does not include the written name of the SYPA President, KAREL P. RODRIGUEZ, on the unified clearance form issued by the Supreme Student Government.

Shoutout to the 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 on the "Labour + Action" squad—don't forget to BRING YOUR OWN TOOLS! 🛠️ And a quick nudge to the 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀: get those aesthetic materials in by Monday morning so we can make this project look 10/10! 🎨✨

Task: Leading the physical transformation and development of the garden plot.
Reminder:
BRING YOUR TOOLS! If you have shovels, spades, or trowels at home, please bring them to help us work efficiently.

2. ✨ 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 & 𝗔𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 (𝟯𝗿𝗱 & 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗕𝗣𝗔 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀)
Task: Provision of essential decorative elements.
Required Materials:
White Angel Plants, White Rocks/Pebbles, and Paint.
Note: All materials must be turned in by Monday morning to ensure the labor team can proceed on schedule.

3. 🌱 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲
To keep our new garden thriving, a Rotating Maintenance Schedule will be implemented for all BPA students once the project is complete.

Seeing the sustained energy and the genuine gratitude from everyone who dropped by makes every effort count. Whether it was the quick chats in line or the "thank yous" shared, the spirit of service remains at an all-time high.

In accordance with 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙉𝙤. 9, 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 2026, the 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝘼𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 (𝙎𝙔𝙋𝘼) are launching the 𝘾𝘽𝘼𝙈 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨𝙘𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 as part of their initiative to promote environmental awareness and College beautification! 🌱💚

This project will focus on enhancing the plant box area, 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣 𝙗𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙅𝙉 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜, transforming it into a greener, more vibrant, and welcoming space for everyone. 🌼🌿

We are encouraging every BPA students to support this initiative which aims to encourage sustainability and care for our surroundings while fostering unity and participation among students.
