The President directs the overall vision, ensures that every function aligns with the goals of CELLS, and maintains harmony among all members. They lead decision-making, represent the organization in official matters, and guide officers in executing plans—ensuring that every initiative contributes to the growth, stability, and long-term direction of the organization.

⚙️ 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞-𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 — 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐧
𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒌𝒆𝒆𝒑𝒔 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈.
The Vice-President supports overall operations, steps in when needed, and ensures that projects are executed efficiently. They coordinate with different committees, monitor progress, and help maintain organization-wide momentum—making sure that plans are not only created, but successfully carried out.

The Secretary records, organizes, and preserves all essential documents, ensuring that every plan, decision, and milestone is properly documented and accessible. They manage communication records, meeting minutes, and official files—keeping the organization structured, informed, and well-coordinated at all times.

💰 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐫 — 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦

The Treasurer manages finances with accuracy and accountability, overseeing collections, budgeting, and disbursements. They ensure transparency in all financial transactions, maintain updated records, and allocate resources effectively to support activities, projects, and organizational needs.

𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒈𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚.
The Auditor reviews financial records, processes, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. They monitor accountability, identify inconsistencies, and help maintain ethical practices—ensuring that the organization operates with honesty, reliability, and trust.

• Strand Representatives are not included in the filing of candidacy. They will be elected separately during the General Assembly.
• All aspiring executive officers will undergo an interview to be conducted by the teachers as part of the screening and selection process.
