The Parents and Students General Orientation went off without a hitch at the P.B San Jose Gymnasium last Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Big thanks to all the parents, students, teachers, and school staff for coming and taking part.

Our newly elected SSLG officers also had their oath-taking ceremony, marking a special moment. They're set to represent the Junior High School Department and lead the student body. Here's hoping they make a big difference in our school community.

Let's all work together for a great, successful, safe, and lively
school year ahead.

𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐘 𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒 𝐃𝐀𝐘 ❤️

𝐅𝐄𝐁-𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐆 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒: 𝙎𝙏𝘼𝙂𝙀𝙎 𝙊𝙁 𝙃𝙄𝙂𝙃𝙎𝘾𝙃𝙊𝙊𝙇 𝙇𝙊𝙑𝙀

𝓣𝓱𝓲𝓻𝓭 𝓼𝓽𝓪𝓰𝓮, 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓵𝓪𝓼𝓽 𝓼𝓽𝓪𝓰𝓮: 𝓟𝓪𝓷𝓪𝓵𝓪𝓷𝓰𝓲𝓷 𝓴𝓸 𝓼𝓪 𝓱𝓪𝓫𝓪𝓷𝓰-𝓫𝓾𝓱𝓪𝔂 𝓶𝓪𝓴𝓪𝓹𝓲𝓵𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓴𝓪, 𝓶𝓪𝓴𝓪𝓼𝓪𝓶𝓪 𝓴𝓪
'𝓨𝓪𝓷 𝓪𝓷𝓰 𝓹𝓪𝓷𝓪𝓵𝓪𝓷𝓰𝓲𝓷 𝓴𝓸.

You’ve been avoiding each other for months.

Walking past the same halls, sitting in the same classrooms, pretending nothing has changed. Pretending your heart doesn’t skip when they laugh, when they move, when they say things you hoped meant more.

Every glance feels dangerous, because it spirals through your head, asking for certainty of where this is going. But you do not have the right to demand, so you try to act normal. You tell yourself to breathe. You tell yourself to stay calm. You tell yourself you can keep your feelings hidden.

“𝘼𝙩 𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙖 𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙖’𝙮 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙜 𝙠𝙖, 𝙠𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙜 𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙡 𝙠𝙞𝙩𝙖” The song “Panalangin” plays softly in the background, and for the first time, you want to stop pretending, to let your feelings out, to let them know exactly what’s been quietly filling your chest all this time.

Valentine’s Day arrives, and you gather every ounce of courage to ask them out. You hope they’ll listen when you finally say it. You hope they’ll understand that this isn’t just a crush, that this isn’t something you can turn off. That it’s been building quietly, day by day, heartbeat by heartbeat, until it became impossible to ignore.

With your hands trembling, you finally let your heart speak. You tell them about the flutter in your chest every time they smile. About the nights you’ve replayed every glance, every laugh. About the way your chest tightens just thinking of them. About how every small moment with them has made your heart ache and hope at the same time.

And then, finally, you say it.
𝐈 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮.

They smile softly, and your chest feels like it’s floating. Laughter escapes you without meaning to, and your hand intertwines theirs. Every heartbeat you’ve been holding back explodes into warmth and happiness.

Finally, your silent prayer has been 𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙.

𝐅𝐄𝐁-𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐆 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒: 𝙎𝙏𝘼𝙂𝙀𝙎 𝙊𝙁 𝙃𝙄𝙂𝙃𝙎𝘾𝙃𝙊𝙊𝙇 𝙇𝙊𝙑𝙀

𝓢𝓮𝓬𝓸𝓷𝓭 𝓼𝓽𝓪𝓰𝓮: 𝓝𝓪𝓲𝓲𝓵𝓪𝓷𝓰 𝓴𝓪 𝓫𝓪, 𝓹𝓪𝓰 𝓽𝓪𝔂𝓸 𝓵𝓪𝓷𝓰 𝓭𝓪𝓵𝓪𝔀𝓪?

Everyone was laughing about the Feb-Ibig, teasing each other over their crushes and the silly color coding. You saw them laughing too, their smile brighter than everyone else. Someone joked, “Murag kulang ra jud ang color wheel, wala may para sa amoa diri”, and you added “Gani, wala may ‘naiilang’”. You caught their glance for a second, and something in their expression shifted. Every unspoken word hanging in the air only you two could feel.

One by one, everyone left, until it was just the two of you. The silence felt heavier than any noise around you, and your heart kept insisting you speak. You finally asked, “Mouli naka bai?” They nodded, and you both stood, walking side by side. The space between you was big enough, yet it felt too small for all the racing thoughts and unsaid feelings.

The hallway felt empty, and the only sound was your shoes shuffling on the floor. Your heart felt like it was gonna explode. You kept looking at them, and they looked at you too, then quickly looked away. You tried to say something, but your brain went blank, so you just cleared your throat and wished the floor would swallow you. When your shoulders brushed, you whispered a shy “sorry,” and it made you want more to disappear on the spot.

Even with 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙮, and only the 𝙩𝙬𝙤 𝙤𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣
All of those small interactions, 𝓼𝓪𝓲𝓭 𝓶𝓾𝓬𝓱 𝓶𝓸𝓻𝓮 𝓽𝓱𝓪𝓷 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝓬𝓸𝓾𝓵𝓭 𝓮𝓿𝓮𝓻 𝓪𝓭𝓶𝓲𝓽
